LEABHAR POWER is coming....
To celebrate world book day taking place next week, the learners of St. Laurence O'Toole's along with their teachers, parents and wider school community will take part in a festival of books and reading (Monday 27th February - 3rd March). With Mystery Readers, Character Dress up Day, Literacy Trails, Peer reading, Character walks and much much more. Over the course of the week children will engage in fun literacy activities to encourage their love of reading and writing!
As part of 'Leabhar Power' week students will get the opportunity to visit our school book fair.
Please click the link below with a selection of the books that will be on offer and information on ways to pay if you do not wish to send cash into school. Parent Volunteers will be helping at the book fair this year to aid with book purchases.

In addition to students visiting the book fair this year, parents are invited to browse the book fair on Thursday 2nd of March after school between 3-4pm. Please remember all books purchased throughout the week generates much needed funds for the school.
