National Parent Council Training - Mental Health

Dear Parents,

We have upcoming free interactive sessions for parents which will provide you with information on how to support your primary school children’s mental health and wellbeing. 

When:
Sessions will be taking place online via Zoom in the morning (10am) and evening (7.30pm) on the 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th of November, with a morning session (10am) on the 18th of November. 

Parents who attend this online session will: 

  • Explore the factors that influence mental health and wellbeing in their child
  • Learn how to build and nurture resilience within their own child
  • Be given tips on how best to support their child’s positive mental health and wellbeing
