The Beaufort Scale in First Class

First Class have been learning about Francis Beaufort who was born in Co. Meath 200 years ago. He was a sailor and scientist who created a way of measuring wind speed that is still used today. We created our own beaufort scales and tested the scale outside to measure the wind.
